Products delivery for JSC «Transneft — Ural». Tuymazinskoe Oil Management

"Subhankulovo," pipeline operations station is part of Tuymaza Oil Pipeline Department of Transneft Ural JSC production unit. A pipeline operations station is defined as a series of facilities that perform oil storage and transportation operations. It encompasses three oil pumping stations, 10 storage tanks, and operates four pipeline sections, collectively comprising a total length of 612 kilometres.
Following technological operations are performed at "Subhankulovo":
- Receiving oil from the oil from Oktyabrskneft and Tuymazyneft upstream production sites;
- The oil is then transported via trunk oil pipelines to the Ufa refineries, where it is refined into petroleum products.
- Tyumen oil transit pumping
- Pipelines maintenance and repair
- Pumping and auxiliary equipment maintenance and repair
A variety of oil grades are transported via "Subhankulovo" pipeline operations station, distinguished by differences in composition and origin production location.
One of the main «Subhankulovo» facilities is the oil storage tank farm located at site #3. The tank farm consists of eight vertical steel tanks of the RVS-5000 type.The total capacity of the tank farm is 50,000 m?, which is approximately equivalent to 1–1.5 days of the TON-II main pipeline throughput capacity.
In 2019, AKRUS® anticorrosive products were applied at 'Subhankulovo' pipeline operations station for internal surface coating of Vertical Steel Tanks V=5000 m3 No 2.
In order to protect the inner surface of the tank from corrosion, coatings AKRUS® Praym - 200 mkm and AKRUS® Long — 200 mkm were applied. The aforementioned products are included in the Transneft's recommended products register for use at the Company's facilities.
