Delivery of products for JSC «Transneft — Ural». Tuymazinskoe Oil Management

- Task: Supply of products of the company AKRUS® for application on the inner surface of the surface of Vertical steel tank 5000 m3 No. 2 linear production and dispatch station «Subhankulovo»
The linear Production dispatch Service «Subhankulovo» is a Tuymaza Oil Pipeline Department of Transneft Ural JSC production unit. «Subhankulovo» is a complex of structures and facilities for pumping oil and includes three pumping stations, 10 tanks and serves 4 sections of oil pipelines with a length of 612 km. Performs the following technological operations:
- Receiving oil from the oil and gas production departments of Oktyabrskneft and Tuymazyneft;
- Pumping of oil received from these oil from oil and gas production departments via trunk oil pipelines to Ufa refineries;
- Transit pumping of Tyumen oil;
- Maintenance and repair of the linear part, fixed sections of main oil pipelines;
- Maintenance and repair of equipment of oil pumping and auxiliary systems of the station.
Several oil grades are pumped through the Linear Production Dispatch Service, which differs in composition and production location.
One of the main objects of the oil pumping station Linear Production Dispatching Service «Subhankulovo» is a tank farm located at site number 3. The tank farm consists of 8 tanks RVS-5000. The total capacity of the tank farm is 50,000 m3, which is 1-1.5 daily capacity of the main pipeline TON-II.
In 2019, AKRUS® anticorrosive materials were applied to the inner surface of the Vertical Steel Tank 5,000 mZ No 2 of the Linear Production and Dispatch Station «Subhankulovo»
For the anti-corrosion work, coating systems were used to protect the inner surface of the tank AKRUS® Praym - 200 mkm and AKRUS® Long — 200 mkm. The above systems are included in the Register of Transneft's main types of products and are allowed to be used at the Company's facilities.
