Technical re-equipment. LPDS «Cherkassy»

Cherkassy Linear Production and Dispatch Station is a structural subdivision of the oil pipeline management of Transneft Ural JSC. Today, the Linear Production and Dispatch Station includes the Cherkassy-1 oil refinery, equipped with six tanks and receiving oil through the TON -1, TON -2 pipelines for pumping hydrocarbon raw materials to JSC Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat and the Cherkasy-2 oil refinery.
The linear part of Cherkassy is bounded by the Belaya and Ufa rivers. The total length of pipelines in single-line design is 140 km. -PP simultaneously receives petroleum products from Ufa refineries of ANK Bashneft and Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, Perm, Omsk, and Antipinsky refineries, receiving and pumping petroleum products through six main oil pipelines. The station heads the Ufa — West main oil product pipeline.
In December 2018, Transneft Ural JSC completed the technical re—equipment of four tanks in the tank farm of the Cherkassy-PP linear production and dispatch station of the Cherkassy Oil Pipeline Administration.
The old tanks, commissioned in 1967, as well as their foundations, were dismantled. Four new vertical steel tanks with a pontoon capacity of 10 thousand cubic meters each (RVSP-10000 No. 25-28) have been installed. The total weight of metal structures was 926.6 tons.
The technical re-equipment of four tanks with fixed roofs with pontoon tanks with a capacity of 10,000 m3 was carried out using anti-corrosion coatings of the AKRUS® trademark.
Coating systems were used during the anti-corrosion work on the inner surface of the tank AKRUS® Praym - 200 mkm, AKRUS® Long 200 mkm.
