User Agreement
This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions governing the use of materials and services provided by the site akrus-akz.ru.
1. General Conditions
1.1. The utilization of materials and services provided by the site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.2. This Agreement constitutes a public offer. By accessing the site materials, the user is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
1.3. The site administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes shall come into effect 3 (three) days after posting a new version of the agreement on the site. If the user disagrees with the changes, they must refrain from accessing the site and cease using its materials and services.
2. User Obligations
2.1. The user agrees not to engage in activities that may be deemed as violating Russian legislation or international law norms, including those related to intellectual property, copyright, and/or related rights, as well as actions that may disrupt or compromise the normal operation of the site and its services.
2.2. Unauthorized use of site materials is prohibited (Article 1270 of the Russian Federation Civil Code). Legitimate use of site materials requires obtaining licensed agreements (licenses) from copyright holders.
2.3. When quoting site materials, including copyrighted works, providing a link to the site is mandatory (subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 1274 of the Russian Federation Civil Code).
2.4. User comments and other entries on the site must comply with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation and generally accepted moral norms.
2.5. Users are advised that the site administration assumes no responsibility for visiting or utilizing external resources linked on the site.
2.6. The user acknowledges that the site administration bears no responsibility or direct/indirect obligations related to any potential losses associated with site maintenance, copyright registration, information regarding such registration, goods, or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources, or any user interactions resulting from information or links to external resources on the site.
2.7. The user agrees that all site materials and services, or any portion thereof, may be accompanied by advertising. The user further agrees that the site administration assumes no responsibility or obligations in connection with such advertising.
3. Other Conditions
3.1. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal hiring relations, or any other relations not explicitly provided for herein between the user and the site administration.
3.3. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
3.4. The site administration's inaction in response to a user's violation of the Agreement does not waive the administration's right to take subsequent actions to defend its interests and protect copyrights to site materials as protected by law.
The user confirms that they have read and understood all the provisions of this Agreement and unconditionally accept them.
