AKRUS® Ship Anatoly Klimov
During vessel construction, which features a unique energy unit for Russia and was built at the shipyard of the Onega Shipbuilding and Off-Repair Plant, coatings from AKZ Coaters LLC under the Akrus® trademark were utilized for painting. The following materials were applied during the coating application process:
- Akrus® Epox C, Akrus® Epox C (Al), and Akrus® 042m for the underwater part of the vessel.
- Other surfaces were coated using Akrus® Epox C, Akrus® Polyur, Akrus® Prime, Akrus® Long, and Akrus® Term.
- Designed for year-round operation, including in freezing seas, the hybrid working boat is intended for examining shipping routes, assessing the environmental conditions of ports and adjacent regions, and participating in rescue operations. AKRUS® Academik Lomonosov Nuclear Power Plant Vessel
Akrus® products were supplied for the construction of the world's first floating power unit, the "Academician Lomonosov".
AKRUS® icebreaker Yamal
During the docking of the Yamal nuclear icebreaker, Akrus® Strong ice-resistant coating was applied to the underwater part of the hull. This specialized coating boasts high mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, along with a smooth surface that minimizes friction during ice operations. Designed for extreme cold conditions, the coating is capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -60°C.
AKRUS® Onega Shipyard. Pontoon Bridge
Akrus® products were employed during the construction of a pontoon bridge in Solomeniy. The bridge includes two 10-meter ramps connected to the pontoon coast, allowing passage for boats and smaller vessels. Additionally, the bridge can be separated to accommodate the passage of larger ships.
AKRUS® Yamal Irbis
Akrus® trademark products utilized during the repair of T.Kh. "Yamal Irbis" at the Shipyard "Red Forge" in Arkhangelsk. T.Kh. Yamal Irbis operates continuously year-round on the route between the port of Arkhangelsk and Port Sabetta, located on the Yamal Peninsula along the Ob River.
