A two-pack coating comprising a base suspension of pigments and fillers in an epoxy resin solution, designed to provide corrosion protection. The composition of the coating includes zinc compounds. The coating, which dries rapidly, is resistant to water and salt, and has a phosphating effect. The protective properties of the coating are retained for a period of at least 12 months. It is possible to carry out welding work on the painted AKRUS® EPOXPRIME surface.
ACRUS® Silink
Intermediate primers
The material is a two-component system comprising a zinc-containing paste and an ethyl silicate binder solution. The primer is characterised by rapid drying, resistance to water and salt. The coating, when applied to a substrate in a moderate climate or industrial atmosphere, retains its protective properties for at least 12 months.
