Marine coatings

The company "AKZ Coatings" LLC offers to buy marine coating systems for surface treatment and equipment of vessels of various types and purposes. Our compositions are also used in shipbuilding and repair. The materials suit underwater and surface boards, decks, superstructures, and masts. They apply to tanks for ballast, fuel, and clran water. Certificates of compliance with the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping requirements confirm the effectiveness and safety of the trains.

Our products and services

We are developing and manufacturing protective systems with various features:

• various functions — primers, enamel primers, finishing coatings;
• package form — two-pack and single-pack materials;
• different formulas.

Primers — compositions, used for application directly to the substrate. They protect the surface against corrosion damage due to exposure to water or various chemical compounds. At the same time, they prepare the object for application финишного coatings that enhance the protective functions of the primer and gives the required external characteristics — color and texture. Such finishing coatings include enamels. We also offer primer-enamels — compositions that combine the properties of both materials.

Two-pack paint and varnish materials consist of a base (component A) and a hardener (component B). Single-pack formulations do not require a curing agent — these coatings are immediately ready to be applied to the surface.

Marine coatings can be made based on epoxy resins, acrylic polyols. Regardless of the composition, the materials do not contain tin, which makes them much more eco-friendly.

In addition to compositions that protect against corrosion and chemical exposure, we offer special marine coatings against fouling.

You can choose materials in summer or winter design from us. The latter can dry quickly, even at low temperatures, without losing their characteristics.
