1. Basic concepts
site – A site located on the Internet at http://akrus-akz.ru
site resource – Information filling of the site (applications, links, documents, electronic books, photos, etc. Information products)
User – Site user registered in the prescribed manner and uses site resources.
Politics – a real typical privacy policy on the use of the requested data.
2. General provisions
2.1. This policy is an official standard document and determines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals using the resource of the site.
2.2. The purpose of this policy is to ensure proper protection of information about users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
2.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about users are regulated by this policy and the current Russian legislation.
2.4. The current version of the policy, which is a public document, was developed by the Site Administration and is available to any Internet user when crossing the hypertext link « Privacy policy ».
The site administration has the right to make changes to this policy. The site administration processes information about users, including their personal data, in order to fulfill the obligations of the site administration to users in relation to the use of the site’s resources and providing users with current and final information.
5. Composition of information about users
The site administration can process information about users that includes:
5.1. Personal data of users, provided with the consent of users and necessary for the use of the site resources: name, contact phone, e -mail.
6. Personal data processing of users
6.1. Personal data processing is based on the principles:
- a) the legality of the goals and methods of processing personal data and good faith;
- b) compliance with the goals of processing personal data to the goals that are predetermined and declared in the collection of personal data, as well as the powers of the site administration;
- c) compliance of the volume and nature of the processed personal data, methods of processing personal data to the objects of personal data processing;
- g) the inadmissibility of the unification of databases containing personal data created for those incompatible with each other.
6.1.1. Conditions and goals of personal data processing
The Site Administration processes the user's personal data with his consent in order to provide services to the user on the use of site resources.
6.1.2. Personal data collection
Personal data of the User, provided for by paragraph 5.1 of this Policy, are transferred to the site administration with the consent of the User. The user consent to the transfer of his personal data to the site administration is provided in the form of conventional actions when the user of the site’s resources first download.
6.1.3. Storage and use of personal data
Personal data of users are stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems.
6.1.4. Personal data transmission
Personal data of users are not transmitted to any third parties, with the exception of cases directly provided for by this policy. The provision of personal data of users at the request of state bodies (local authorities) is carried out in the manner prescribed by law.
6.1.5. Destruction of personal data
User’s personal data are destroyed when the administration of the site of information provided by the User, from their electronic media after the expiration of the deadlines of their relevance;
6.2. Personal information of users received by the site administration cannot be available to other users.
7. Rights and obligations of users
7.1. Users have the right:
7.1.1. To carry out unlimited free access to the resources of the site, thus updating information about yourself;
7.1.2. Based on the request, receive information from the developer regarding the processing of his personal data.
8. Measures to protect information about users
The site administration takes technical and legal measures in order to ensure the protection of the user's personal data from unlawful or accidental access to them, destruction, change, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions.
9. Limiting the action of politics
This policy does not apply to the actions and Internet resources of third parties.
10. User appeals
10.1. Users have the right to send their needs to send their requests, including requests regarding the use of their personal data provided for in paragraph 7.1.2 of this Policy, in writing at the address indicated in the section «contacts» In the form of an electronic document signed by a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, at the email address indicated in the section « contacts ».
10.2. The request sent by the user must contain the following information:
- – The number of the main identification document of the user or his representative;
- – Information about the date of issuance of the specified document and issuing it to the body;
- – Information confirming the participation of the User in relations with the Site Administration (in particular, information about the download of one of the site resources to the personal email address used by the User when using the site resources);
- – The signature of the user or his representative.
10.3. The site administration undertakes to consider and send a response to the user's request within 30 days from the receipt of the appeal.
10.4. The entire correspondence received by the site administration from users (circulation in written or electronic form) refers to the information of limited access and is not disclosed without the user's written consent. Personal data and other information about the user who sent a request cannot be used without special consent of the user otherwise than to answer on the topic of the request received or in cases directly provided for by law.
