Supply of AKRUS® products. Kozmino Port
- Client: Transneft — Kozmino LLC (part of the structure of JSC « Transneft »)
- Task: Supply of products of the company AKRUS® for application to the tanks of the tank with floating roof 50,000 m3
LLC «Transneft Kozmino Port» is part of PJSC «Transneft». The terminal is located in the Kozmino port of Nakhodka Bay on the territory of Primorsky Krai. It opened with the participation of Vladimir Putin on December 28, 2009. The main task of the team is the uninterrupted, reliable, and safe shipment of oil to the countries of the Asia—Pacific region.
The production facilities of Transneft Kozmino Port LLC include the following:
- Tank farm with a tank farm capacity of 600,000 m3 (construction nominal value);
- Onshore and berthing facilities with two oil metering units and an oil pipeline for receiving tankers with a displacement of 80 to 150 thousand tons;
- An oil reception site with an oil metering unit, an oil pipeline security system, discharge tanks — the endpoint of the Eastern Siberia–Pacific Ocean oil pipeline-II trunk oil pipeline;
- A 23-kilometer oil pipeline «Plume to the Tank farm» with communication and power lines connecting the oil receiving site, the tank farm, and shore and berthing facilities;
- Repair and maintenance workshop, which includes a preserved platform of railway overpasses with two double-sided discharge overpasses, a tank farm, a retaining, and main pumping stations;
- Workshop of technological transport and special equipment.
An environmental audit system of the ISO 14001:2015 standard has been implemented at the plant. The company's ecologists carry out constant monitoring of compliance with environmental regulations.
The work on painting the tanks was carried out using anticorrosive coatings of the AKRUS® trademark.
In 2019, AKRUS® anticorrosive materials were applied to the internal (single-layer AKRUS® Long) and the outer (three-layer AKRUS® Poliur) the surfaces of vertical steel tanks with a floating roof 50,000 mZ. The above systems are included in the Register of Transneft's main types of products and are allowed to be used at the Company's facilities.
