AKRUS® products supply. Oil distribution operation facilities «Sokur»

As part of Transneft JSC's technical re-equipment program, the modernization of on-site facilities at the Sokur pipeline operations station, part of the Novosibirsk Regional Oil Pipeline Administration, is ongoing. This six-year program, spanning from 2018 to 2023, focuses on reconstructing and overhauling production facilities.
The primary goals of this comprehensive program are to ensure the timely supply of petroleum products to partners and to equip the facility with advanced technology that meets environmental and safety standards.
From 2019 to 2023, plans include the construction of eleven new tanks with a total capacity of 160,000 cubic meters, in addition to the existing tank farm. Other planned developments include a testing laboratory, a fire station, an administrative building, a checkpoint, and landscaping of the Sokur facility.
Sokur is a strategically important facility within the Siberian pipeline transportation system for petroleum products. It ensures the supply of refined petroleum products, such as gasoline and diesel fuel, to the eastern regions of Russia, including the Novosibirsk and Altai regions.
The painting works were completed using AKRUS® brand anticorrosive coatings.
For the anticorrosion protection of the tank's inner surfaces, AKRUS® Praym and AKRUS® Long in their antistatic versions were utilized. These coating systems are listed in Transneft JSC's Register of Main Product Types and are approved for use at the company's facilities.
