Delivery of AKRUS® products. Linear production and dispatch station «Omsk»

As part of the program of technical re-equipment, reconstruction and overhaul of production facilities of Transneft JSC, modernization of the tank farm of pumping stations of the Omsk Linear Production and Dispatch Station continues.
Omsk linear production and dispatch station is located at the intersection of several oil streams. The accounting of the received and delivered oil is carried out here. The section of trunk oil pipelines serviced by a linear production and dispatch station is more than 500 km.
At the beginning of 2019, specialists commissioned four new tanks created for receiving and storing diesel fuel. The design solutions will ensure their safe operation for 50 years after the completion of construction, and the first repair interval is 20 years. During the construction, a large-scale complex of works was carried out. Currently, four more storage tanks for petroleum products are being built at the Omsk linear production and dispatch station.
The construction of new tanks at the Omsk linear production and dispatch station is an important part of the systematic modernization of the production infrastructure for transporting petroleum products. The goal is to ensure a high level of reliability, bringing the technical condition of facilities to regulatory standards in compliance with environmental and protective safety requirements.
The painting works were carried out using anticorrosive coatings of the AKRUS® trademark.
Coating systems were used during the anti-corrosion work on the inner surface of the tank AKRUS® Praym and AKRUS® Long. The above systems are included in the Register of the main types of products of JSC «Transneft» and are permitted to be used at the Company's facilities.
