Materials Supply. The pilot boat «Fortuna»

The 02780M project commenced with a grand launch ceremony on May 4, 2018, marking the inaugural voyage of the ice-reinforced pilot boat "Fortuna". This vessel was constructed at the Onega Shipbuilding and Shiprepair Plant. Following a series of successful sea trials on 15 October 2018 in Lake Onega, the vessel was officially handed over to its client.

Throughout the trials, the Commission conducted a meticulous assessment of the equipment's operational status, alongside a rigorous examination of key operational metrics and the effectiveness of the automation, navigation, and communication systems. The vessel displayed remarkable readiness and commendable performance.

Subsequently, on 15 March 2019, the vessel was incorporated into the fleet of the Northwest Basin Branch of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosmorport."

The vessel is primarily designed for the installation and removal of floating navigation aids in port areas and surrounding waters. However, it also possesses versatile capabilities, including the transportation of general cargo on its deck. This is facilitated by either port facilities or ship cranes.

During the vessel's painting process, a comprehensive range of AKRUS^® brand coating systems was employed, comprising AKRUS^® Epox C (AL) in a winterised format, AKRUS^® Polyur, AKRUS^® 042M antifouling, AKRUS^® Prime, AKRUS^® Long, and AKRUS^® Terma—each meticulously chosen for their excellence in maritime applications.
