AKRUS® R (flame retardant material) AKRUS ®

AKRUS® R (flame retardant material)

Fire-resistant coatings
  • Color: White
  • Type: Flame retardant coating
The flame-retardant thermally expanding (intumescent) formula is an organic solvent suspension of pigments and target fillers in an acrylic polymer solution. Upon exposure to elevated temperatures (approximately 250°C), the material expands and forms a protective layer of carbon phosphate foam, preventing the heating of structures.
AKRUS® Slick AKRUS ®

AKRUS® Slick

Anti-icing coatings
  • Color: Clear, white
  • Type: Enamel, external
The coating is a two-component composition comprising a base and a hardener. The fundamental composition of the coating is a solution of specialised resins and functional additives. The hardener is a composite material. The coating has been designed for the purpose of providing anticorrosive protection to metal surfaces that possess special properties (anti-icing) in order to reduce snow loads and to prevent the formation of ice, anti-freezing, and freezing masses. The coating can be employed as an anti-vandal coating since it is resistant to scratching and can be readily cleaned when dirt and unwanted marks are present.
AKRUS® Epoks S AKRUS ®

  • Type: Primer, external
The product is a two-pack, anti-corrosion, high-strength, chemical-resistant primer coating based on modified epoxy resins. The product is available in two versions, designated as summer and winter.
AKRUS® Prime AKRUS ®

AKRUS® Prime

For ballast tanks and cisterns
  • Color: Green, tinting is possible
  • Type: Primer, internal
The coating system comprises two layers: an AKRUS® PRIME primer and an AKRUS® LONG enamel. The coating system is a suspension of pigments and fillers in epoxy resins. The hardener is of the soil type, while the enamel is of the amine type. The coating system exhibits a dry film thickness of 320 microns, which ensures that its protective properties remain intact for a minimum of 15 years.
AKRUS® Constructive GR AKRUS ®

AKRUS® Constructive GR

Fire-resistant coatings
Structural fire proofing coating is a combined two-layer coating containing the following fire proofing materials - 1st layer - coating based on thermal insulation composition 'AKRUS® TM'; - 2nd layer - coating based on the fire-retardant composition "AKRUS® R(GR)".
