The product is a two-pack, anti-corrosion, high-strength, chemical-resistant primer coating based on modified epoxy resins. The product is available in two versions, designated as summer and winter.
AKRUS® Prime
For ballast tanks and cisterns
- Color: Green, tinting is possible
- Type: Primer, internal
The coating system comprises two layers: an AKRUS® PRIME primer and an AKRUS® LONG enamel. The coating system is a suspension of pigments and fillers in epoxy resins. The hardener is of the soil type, while the enamel is of the amine type. The coating system exhibits a dry film thickness of 320 microns, which ensures that its protective properties remain intact for a minimum of 15 years.

Fire-resistant coatings
Structural fire proofing coating is a combined two-layer coating containing the following fire proofing materials
- 1st layer - coating based on thermal insulation composition 'AKRUS® TM';
- 2nd layer - coating based on the fire-retardant composition "AKRUS® R(GR)".
AKRUS® Epozinc (primer)
For metal structures
- Color: Gray
- Type: Primer, external
The material is a two-component system comprising a suspension of zinc dust and fillers in an epoxy resin solution.
AKRUS® Long (enamel)
For tanks
- Color: Light green color, dark gray (antistatic), сurrent colour is not available, only RAL
- Type: Enamel, internal
The base of the primer is a suspension of pigments and fillers in epoxy resins. The amine-type hardener is used to harden the epoxy resin.
AKRUS® Uralkid finish
For indoor and residential use
- Color: It is tinted according to the RAL standard
- Type: Enamel, external
A single-pack coating comprising a universal glossy urethane-alkyd formulation. The coating is distinguished by a high drying rate, good weather resistance, and resistance to detergents and mineral oil.
AKRUS® FM (basalt foil material in the fire protection system)
Fire-resistant coatings
The system of structural fire protection comprises a rolled basalt foil material, designated ‘AKRUS® BFM’, which is mounted on an adhesive composition, designated ‘AKRUS® K’. The AKRUS® BFM is a web of mineral (basalt) fibre without a binder, stitched by a knitting and stitching method, with a one-sided lining of aluminium foil. AKRUS® K is a suspension of fillers in an inorganic binder.

The material is a one-component system based on polyphenylsiloxane (silicone) resin and acrylate.

Intermediate primers

The material is a two-component system comprising a zinc-containing paste and an ethyl silicate binder solution. The primer is characterised by rapid drying, resistance to water and salt. The coating, when applied to a substrate in a moderate climate or industrial atmosphere, retains its protective properties for at least 12 months.

The material is a two-component epoxy. The coating is characterised by a high degree of filler content and exhibits resistance to abrasion. Furthermore, it has a low volatile organic compounds content.

The material is a two-component epoxy resin system. The coating exhibits high anti-corrosion properties and resistance to water, petrol, and oils.

The coating is a two-component composition consisting of a base and a hardener. The base of the coating is a solution of special resins and functional additives, the hardener is aliphatic polyisocyanate.
