The material is a three-component composition consisting of a base and a hardener. The base (component A) of the material is a solution of special resins and functional additives in a mixture of organic solvents, the hardener (component B) is a polyisocyanate, and the additive (component C) is a functional substance.

    The coating is recommended for use on civilian vessels and warships, ice-resistant and offshore platforms, bridges, railway rolling stock, energy, civil, and industrial infrastructure facilities, marine and river terminals, piles, supports, and columns in the area of variable wetting, metal infrastructure facilities, compressor stations operating in the Far North and exposed to ice and snow, and the surfaces of dome roofs of vertical steel tanks. The coating is designed to reduce snow loads, combat ice, frost, and reduce the weight of frost buildup, and to provide hydrophobic properties to the painted surface that prevent snow and ice from sticking. It can be applied to surfaces that have been primed with epoxy or polyurethane primers, as well as to surfaces with enamel coatings. It can also be used as a standalone coating.
