Compatible coatings

AKRUS® Epozinc (primer) AKRUS ®

AKRUS® Epozinc (primer)

For metal structures
  • Color: Gray
  • Type: Primer, external
The material is a two-component system comprising a suspension of zinc dust and fillers in an epoxy resin solution.
AKRUS® Constructive GR AKRUS ®

AKRUS® Constructive GR

Structural fire proofing coating is a combined two-layer coating containing the following fire proofing materials - 1st layer - coating based on thermal insulation composition 'AKRUS® TM'; - 2nd layer - coating based on the fire-retardant composition "AKRUS® R(GR)".
AKRUS® R (flame retardant material) AKRUS ®

AKRUS® R (flame retardant material)

Fire-resistant coatings
  • Color: White
  • Type: Flame retardant coating
The flame-retardant thermally expanding (intumescent) formula is an organic solvent suspension of pigments and target fillers in an acrylic polymer solution. Upon exposure to elevated temperatures (approximately 250°C), the material expands and forms a protective layer of carbon phosphate foam, preventing the heating of structures.
AKRUS® R (E) (flame retardant material) AKRUS ® +2

AKRUS® R (E) (flame retardant material)

Fire-resistant coatings
  • Color: Gray
  • Type: Flame retardant coating
The flame-retardant thermally expanding (intumescent) material is formulated as a two-component system. The initial component is a polymer composition based on epoxy resin, which is reinforced by the addition of mineral and target fillers. The second component is a hardener, which is a homogeneous viscous liquid of brown colour.
AKRUS® Poliur (enamel) AKRUS ®

AKRUS® Poliur (enamel)

For metal structures
  • Color: It is tinted according to the RAL standard
  • Type: Enamel, external
A two-component polyurethane coating comprising a base and a hardener. The base is a suspension of pigments and fillers in acrylic polyol. The hardener is an aliphatic polyisocyanate. The coating exhibits high anticorrosive properties, light and weather resistance, chemical resistance, and high decorative features.
AKRUS® Epoks (primer) AKRUS ®

For metal structures
  • Color: Yellow
  • Type: Primer, external
A two-component system comprising a base and a hardener, a suspension of pigments and fillers in a solution of epoxy resins in organic solvents. The amine-type hardener is a specific type of hardener. The coating based on the "AKRUS®" system exhibits high anticorrosive properties, as well as weather and chemical resistance.
AKRUS® R (GR) (flame retardant material) AKRUS ®

AKRUS® R (GR) (flame retardant material)

Fire-resistant coatings
  • Color: Dark grey
  • Type: Flame retardant coating
Fire protection thermally expanding (bloating agent) composition is an organically dilutable material. It is based on oxidised graphite. When exposed to high temperatures, the graphite expands to form a protective foam layer with low thermal conductivity, preventing metal structures from heating up.
