Linear production and dispatch station Volodarskaya

JSC "Transnefteprodukt" is a Russian company that operates Russian oil pipeline network. One of its subsidiaries, Mostransneft JSC, specializes in the transportation, filling, and storage of light oil products.
During the transition of Mostransneft to the Transneft system, a comprehensive modernization program was implemented at its facilities. The company operates a unique main oil product pipeline system extending over a thousand kilometers around the capital, supplying petroleum products, including various grades of gasoline, diesel, and aviation fuel, to consumers in the Moscow region. The pipeline system's linear section comprises three interconnected pipelines serving the airports of the Moscow air hub.
Mostransneft JSC includes the Volodarskaya pipeline operations station and the Nagornaya and Solnechnogorskaya offloading stations.
The Volodarskaya station is notable for its capacity to separately transport and store gasoline, diesel, and aviation fuel. Petroleum products are transported to the Volodarskaya station from various oil handling terminals and oil refineries including Ryazan refinery being particularly significant. Additionally, the Moscow Refinery, the primary supplier of gasoline and aviation kerosene, plays a crucial role in the supply chain.
The Volodarskaya pipeline operations station boasts a tank farm with a total capacity of 250,000 m?. Besides fuel tanks, the station also includes tanks for fuel oil, petroleum product mixtures, and water. Oil product pipelines connect the largest Moscow and regional airports (Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo) and offloading stations (Solnechnogorskaya, Novoselki, Nagornaya) and Volodarskaya station
The annual throughput of the Volodarskaya pipeline operations station is approximately 3 million tonnes of petroleum products. The station represents the largest pipeline transport hub in the region. This is the largest oil depot serving the Moscow region.
At the Volodarskaya pipeline operations station, as well as the Nagornaya and Solnechnogorskaya offloading stations, all part of JSC "Mostransneft," AKRUS® conducted anticorrosive protection works. AKRUS® brand products utilized for tanks, metal structures, and pipelines coating of the external and internal surfaces . The work was completed promptly, even under severe weather conditions.
Aforementioned scope was completed utilising AKRUS® Epoks С, AKRUS® Poliur, AKRUS® Praym and AKRUS® Long products.
These coating systems are included in the Recommended products Register for application at Transneft PJSC Company's facilities
