Linear production and dispatch station Volodarskaya

- Task: Supply of protective coatings of the AKRUS® trademark for work at the facilities of the Transnefteprodukt JSC — Linear production and dispatch station «Volodarskaya» and filling stations «Nagornaya» and «Solnechnogorskaya».
JSC «Transnefteprodukt» is a Russian company, the operator of Russia's main oil product pipelines. One of the company's subsidiaries is Mostransneft JSC, whose main activities are transporting, filling, and storing light oil products. During the transition of the Mostransneft company to the Transneft system, large-scale modernization was carried out at the company's facilities. The company operates a unique main oil product pipeline system with more than a thousand kilometers around the capital, created to provide consumers of the Moscow region with petroleum products: gasoline of all brands, diesel, and aviation fuel. The linear part of the oil product pipeline is represented by three pipeline lines connected to the airports of the Moscow air hub.
The Mostransneft JSC includes the Volodarskaya line production and dispatch station and the Nagornaya and Solnechnogorskaya filling stations.
The main distinguishing feature of the Volodarskaya oil depot is the possibility of separate transportation and storage of gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel. Petroleum products to the Volodarskaya oil depot come from many Linear production and dispatch stations and plants specializing in oil refining, among which the Ryazansky refinery can be distinguished, as well as the Moscow Refinery, which is the main supplier of gasoline and aviation kerosene.
Line production and dispatch station «Volodarskaya» has a tank farm with a total volume of 250 thousand m3. In addition to fuel tanks, the station has tanks for fuel oil, mixtures of petroleum products, and water. Oil product pipelines connect the largest Moscow and regional airports (Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo) and filling stations (Solnechnogorskaya, Novoselki, Nagornaya) with the oil depot.
The annual turnover of the line production and dispatch station «Volodarskaya» is about 3 million tons of petroleum products. The station is the largest pipeline transport hub. This is the largest oil depot serving Moscow and the Moscow region.
At the linear production and dispatch station «Volodarskaya» and the filling stations «Nagornaya» and «Solnechnogorskaya,» which are part of JSC «Mostransneft,» the company «AKZ Coatings» LLC performed work on anticorrosive protection of external and internal surfaces of tanks, metal structures and pipelines using materials of the AKRUS® brand.
The work was carried out as soon as possible in severe weather conditions.
For implementing works, coating systems of the AKRUS® trademark were used: AKRUS® Epoks С, AKRUS® Poliur, AKRUS® Praym and AKRUS® Long. The above systems are included in the Register of the main types of products of Transneft PJSC and are permitted to be used at the Company's facilities.
